DanceWorks Waiver & Policies Agreement

By registering my child with DanceWorks by T LLC (“DanceWorks”), I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to the following:

Tuition, Sessions & Fees

• Classes meet 17–21 times per session, depending on the class’s day of the week.

• A $25 annual registration fee per student applies for the school year (non-refundable).

• An additional $25 registration fee applies for summer classes
  (Registration fees cover licensing, insurance, and facility maintenance).

Payments & Billing

• All payments are processed via auto-pay (credit card or ACH) through Studio Pro

• Credit card payments incur a 3% processing fee. ACH payments incur a 1% processing fee.

• Promo codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If a refund is granted at DanceWorks’ sole discretion (due to no fault of DanceWorks), a minimum $30 processing fee will be deducted.

By registering, I agree to the full fee schedule for the duration of all enrolled programs.

Rolling Enrollment

To simplify the registration process for our families, DanceWorks uses rolling enrollment from Fall to Spring sessions only. Your child’s spot is automatically secured in their classes—no need to re-register or risk losing their place.

If you wish to withdraw, a written email must be submitted and confirmed by the DanceWorks staff by December 31st. 

• Spring tuition is charged on January 1st for students enrolled in the Fall.

• AFTER THIS DATE, WITHDRAWALS ARE NOT ACCEPTED, REFUNDED, OR CREDITED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

   

Attendance & Make-Ups

• Missed classes are not refundable or transferable to another student or session.

• Make-ups may be scheduled within the same session of the absence, if space allows.

• Regular attendance and timeliness is required for confidence, progress and recital readiness.

• Dancers should be picked up within 10 minutes of class dismissal. A $20 late pickup fee will be charged to your account after that window.

Recital

• Recital is scheduled for June 6th (venue subject to change). The recital page on our website will be updated to reflect the true date this year.

• Tuition includes all recital production costs, including but not limited to:

  • Box theater rental

  • Dressing rooms and backstage setup

  • Children’s backstage supervision

  • Theater rental

  • Lighting and technical staff

  • Instructors, assistants, and backstage staff

  • Playbill

A $40 costume fee will be applied to your account when spring tuition is charged.

Dress Code & Behavior

• Proper dance attire is required for safety and professionalism.

• Students not in dress code may be asked to sit out.

• Students must arrive on time and treat peers, staff, and the studio with respect.

Failure to comply results in the dancer being asked to sit out from class, followed by removal from class if behavior continues.
If a student is removed or expelled for any reason, no refunds or credits will be issued.

Communication & Media Consent

• I agree to subscribe my account to receive text and email updates from DanceWorks.

• I consent to my child’s image being used in print, video, and digital media by DanceWorks by T LLC.

Liability & Assumption of Risk

• Dance involves physical risk, which I knowingly accept.

• DanceWorks by T LLC. is not responsible for students before or after class.

• We do not issue refunds for weather-related or unforeseen cancellations.

I release, indemnify, and hold harmless DanceWorks by T LLC, its staff, instructors, venues, and representatives from all claims related to injury, loss, or damage.

I certify that my child is in good health and capable of participating.

I agree to the terms and conditions on this page.

We reserve rights to edit our terms and conditions annually.
