Dynamix Performance Team

Dynamix Performance Team was founded in 2025 by Tehila Nierenberg to give dedicated young dancers the opportunity to take their training, artistry, confidence, and performance experience to the next level.

Dynamix dancers are challenged to grow not only as technicians, but as artists and performers. Through their training at DanceWorks, team members may study Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Acro, Tap, and technique, developing the versatility, strength, musicality, and stage presence necessary for confident performance.

Performance is at the heart of the Dynamix experience. Throughout the year, dancers have opportunities to bring their training beyond the studio through competitions, community performances, talent showcases, special events, and DanceWorks productions. Our dancers have earned recognition at events including Elevate Dance Conference & Competition and have performed throughout the greater community at a variety of showcases and events.

But Dynamix is about far more than trophies or the next performance.

We believe dance training develops young women who know how to work hard, accept feedback, collaborate with others, show up prepared, pursue excellence, and confidently share their talents with the world. Our dancers learn that being part of a team means being accountable not only to themselves, but to the people dancing beside them.

And for us, the dance journey does not end when a dancer graduates.

Our dancers have gone on to become dance teachers themselves—both at DanceWorks and in the communities they later call home. Some have performed alongside Orthodox female artists in concerts, productions, and music videos. Others pursue entirely different careers and lives outside of dance while continuing to make movement, creativity, and the arts part of who they are.

Many of our former dancers also come back to pour their talents into the next generation—subbing and teaching classes, creating graphics, stage managing, working backstage, managing costumes, assisting in the tech booth, and helping bring DanceWorks productions to life.

That is what Dynamix is designed to create: strong dancers, confident performers, committed teammates, and young women who carry what they learned through dance far beyond the stage.
